Nordic Divests Federal Business to Focus on Oracle Health
Nordic, a multinational consulting organization for technology and health, has divested the federal operations of its subsidiary, S&P Consultants, to the company’s original founder, Andy Splitz. This strategic move aligns with Nordic’s goal of refining its focus on the commercial market, where it delivers Oracle Health solutions. Since acquiring S&P Consultants in 2021, Nordic has integrated the business into its operations, using the InTegrity methodology to enhance Oracle Health services. The divestiture will allow Nordic to concentrate on expanding its commercial Oracle Health practice, including strategic advisory, implementation, optimization, staffing, and managed services, to help healthcare organizations worldwide improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
Under Splitz’s leadership, the federal portion of S&P Consultants is positioned to support IT contractors on various federal projects, leveraging its expertise and methodologies to deliver strategic impact. Nordic retains its Oracle Health consulting talent and InTegrity framework, which supports the company’s ongoing strategy to deliver high-impact healthcare solutions. The divestiture reflects Nordic’s continued commitment to providing specialized services in areas of high value and opportunity within the healthcare industry, strengthening its focus on navigating complex healthcare challenges and driving transformational results for clients.
