The NSTT practice, led by Managing Directors Randall Cook and Vincent Mekles in New York and Senior Director Rachel Woloszynski in San Francisco, will assist clients in navigating the increasingly complex national security, regulatory, and operational risks that impact investment, trade, and technology sectors. Cook and Mekles bring extensive experience in regulatory compliance and oversight, while Woloszynski contributes her background in ITAR and CFIUS compliance.
