HCLTech Partners with Multiverse to Launch Advanced AI Transformation Academy
HCLTech has announced the launch of its AI Transformation Academy in partnership with Multiverse, a prominent provider of applied learning in technology skills. The academy, launched on October 22, 2024, will provide HCLTech’s employees in the UK with a 13-month “AI for Business Value” program focused on the practical and ethical deployment of AI. This initiative is part of HCLTech’s larger commitment to upskill 50,000 employees in generative AI by 2025, enhancing productivity, employee satisfaction, and client service. According to Ashish Kumar Gupta, Chief Growth Officer at HCLTech, the partnership is key to advancing HCLTech’s position as a leader in ethical AI use, delivering transformative solutions while upholding high standards.
Multiverse, known for its data and digital skills training, has been a pioneer in bridging skills gaps through on-the-job learning. Founded in 2016, Multiverse has trained over 16,000 apprentices and partners with over 1,500 companies in the U.S. and UK, with a mission to drive economic opportunity through tech education.
